Refund Policy

We will happily accept items returned to us that meet
all qualifications from our return policy.
If your item(s) is eligible for a return, a store credit
(Jade & Co. E-Giftcard) will be issued.
Returns made to us within 30 calendar days from the
date your order was delivered with be issued a store
credit (Jade & Co. E-Giftcard).
Store credits will be sent via email to the email
address used for the order. Please allow up to 7 days
for your return to be processed. As soon as your
return is processed and your store credit is issued, you
will receive an email notification.
